Why use a Realtor?

Knowledge, training and experience. A competent REALTOR®  will provide all the information needed to make an informed decision (comparable prices, neighbourhood trends, housing market conditions and more). I have an intimate knowledge of the local housing market and are committed to serving you with integrity, professional conduct and quality of service. Personally, I am committed to dealing with any challenge that comes with buying or selling a home and will always refer and connect you to the professionals you need now and in the future.

I am only starting to consider buying or selling a home.  When should I get in touch?

As soon as you are considering buying or selling, get in touch.  I can help early in the process to connect you with the right professionals (i.e. mortgage agent, stager, lawyer, etc.) or discuss options.  Advising on real estate in any context is never a waste of my time.  Get in touch.

Where is the best place to find a new home/property?

REALTOR.ca is the most comprehensive and trusted real estate website in the country.  I can also set-up personalized e-mail notifications so you'll receive listings that meet your criteria as soon as they hit the MLS®. Get in touch to find out more.

Do I need to be environmentally focused when choosing a home?

There are always competing priorities in the search for your next home or dream home.  A very important part of the search beings by setting priorities; realistically environmental concerns often fall to the bottom of the list.  I am more than happy to discuss ideas around small and larger ways to reduce your environmental footprint and how these can fit in with the other priorities.
