I am only starting to consider buying or selling a home.  When should I get in touch?

As soon as you are considering buying or selling, get in touch.  I can help early in the process to connect you with the right professionals (i.e. mortgage agent, stager, lawyer, etc.) or discuss options.  Advising on real estate in any context is never a waste of my time.  Get in touch.

Where is the best place to find a new home/property?

REALTOR.ca is the most comprehensive and trusted real estate website in the country.  I can also set-up personalized e-mail notifications so you'll receive listings that meet your criteria as soon as they hit the MLS®. Get in touch to find out more.

Do I need to be environmentally focused when choosing a home?

There are always competing priorities in the search for your next home or dream home.  A very important part of the search begins by setting priorities; realistically environmental concerns often fall to the bottom of the list.  I am more than happy to discuss ideas around small and larger ways to reduce your environmental footprint and how these can fit in with the other priorities.
